Roles & Responsibilities:
• Acquire and manage clients while maintaining strong professional relationships and effective grievance handling.
• Educate clients about trading strategies, company policies, financial products, and market risks.
• Generate and convert prospects daily through telephonic, video, and text-based communication.
• Conduct sessions on risk profile management and suitable trading strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Research teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
• Stay updated with global financial markets, economic trends, and current affairs to better assist investors and traders.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets through client acquisition and relationship management.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
• Strong understanding of Global Financial Markets, especially Forex & Comex.
• Good command over English communication along with sales and marketing abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a client-focused approach.
• Prior experience in International Sales, Financial Services, Marketing, or Global Markets will be an added advantage.
