About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced travel professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international travel sales, operations, and client servicing — with a particular focus on Australia and Europe travel markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries for international travel packages and provide tailored solutions to clients
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and consultative selling
- Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, and airlines to ensure seamless travel arrangements
- Manage end-to-end booking operations including hotels, flights, visas, transfers, and itineraries
- Ensure smooth post-sales coordination and accurate documentation
- Provide excellent customer support and timely follow-ups throughout the client journey
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international travel sales and operations
- Prior hands-on experience handling Australia and/or Europe travel packages is mandatory
- Familiarity with Australia and Europe-based travel agencies, DMCs, or tour operators is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of international destinations, travel packages, visa processes, and airline systems
