International Business Development Manager (Medical Devices)
Lars Medicare is a premier manufacturer of high-quality IV catheters and medical consumables, exporting to over 120 countries. We are looking for a high-caliber "Hunter"—someone who can proactively find leads, establish global connections, and act as a powerhouse sales representative for our brand.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively approach new leads and potential clients in untapped international markets.
- Establish and nurture long-term connections with global distributors and hospital procurement heads.
- Act as the primary sales representative, pitching Lars Medicare's product portfolio to international stakeholders.
- Appoint, vet, and manage the performance of overseas distributors to ensure territory growth.
- Negotiate international contracts, pricing structures, and exclusive distribution agreements.
- Maintain absolute discipline in lead management using Salesforce (CRM)—tracking every interaction from inquiry to close.
- Conduct regular market research to identify competitor pricing, regulatory changes, and new product opportunities.
- Guide and mentor junior sales reps on lead qualification and effective client outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly export sales targets and revenue milestones.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Experience: 4–5 Years of proven success in International Sales or Export Business Development.
- Industry: Previous experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare is a massive advantage.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: You are skilled at finding "hidden" leads and opening doors in new countries from scratch.
- Communication: Exceptional English negotiation skills. You must be able to handle complex business conversations with global partners.
- Location: This is a 100% on-site role at our Paschim Vihar, New Delhi office.
