Key Responsibilities
- Handle international outbound and inbound calls professionally
- Generate qualified leads through calling, follow-ups, and prospect engagement
- Schedule appointments and meetings with prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional communication
Mandatory Skills- Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- 1–2 Years of Experience in International Voice Process / Lead Generation / Appointment Scheduling preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling outbound calling processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
