Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Executive, based in Kolkata. The International Sales Executive will manage global client accounts, develop and maintain relationships with international customers, and work towards achieving sales targets. Key daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in International Sales, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Skills in Customer Service and Account Management, with a focus on fostering relationships and addressing client needs
- Knowledge of International Business practices and strategies
- Proficiency in Sales-related activities, including negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients effectively
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
