The Role
As an International Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for international prospects and play a key role in driving revenue. Your primary responsibility is to sell Habsy’s B2B SaaS platform, which helps companies manage trade show activities, capture leads, and track performance. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will handle outreach, pitch the product, close deals, and identify larger opportunities for demos with senior sales leaders.
What You’ll Do
You will make 70-80 outbound calls daily to international exhibitors and speak with decision-makers such as CEOs, Sales Heads, Marketing Leaders, and Event Managers. Your focus will be on presenting the product clearly and closing deals on calls. You will also follow up through email and LinkedIn to maintain engagement. Managing your pipeline is an important part of the role, including logging call outcomes, tracking follow-ups, and updating deal status regularly.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates with 3-10 years of outbound B2B sales experience, especially with international markets like the US, UK, Middle East, or Europe. Strong spoken English and confidence in handling high-volume cold calling are essential. Experience in selling SaaS, tech products, or B2B services over the phone is important. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and capable of managing targets independently.
Candidates with experience in the trade show or events industry, or familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, or Instantly, will have an added advantage. Experience in low-ticket, high-volume sales is also a plus. This role is not suitable for freshers or those with only inbound or support experience.
Working Conditions
This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in India. The working hours are 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, Monday to Saturday, aligned with international markets. You will be provided with prospect lists, call scripts, product training, and all necessary sales tools so you can focus completely on selling.
Compensation
The fixed salary for this role ranges between ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience.
In addition, performance incentives of up to ₹30,000 per month are offered based on deals closed and demos booked. The incentive structure is uncapped, meaning the more you close, the more you earn.
