Role Description
This is a full-time role for an International Sales Executive, based on-site in the Greater Surat Area. The International Sales Executive will manage and expand the company’s global customer base, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying new international business opportunities, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. The role requires excellent communication with clients across various geographical regions and internal collaboration with other teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in International Sales and International Business practices
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in the Gems and Jewellery sector or machinery sales is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, International Trade, or a related field
