Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Executive based in Chennai. The role involves managing international sales operations, maintaining and developing relationships with customers, exploring new business opportunities, and handling account management responsibilities. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and strengthen international business relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in International Sales and Sales strategies
- Skills in Customer Service and Account Management
- Knowledge of International Business practices and markets
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food or agriculture industry is advantageous
