Job Description – International Sales Engineer (Pump & System Division)
Job Location: Thane
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong International Sales Engineer for our Pump & System Division. The candidate will be responsible for handling international sales activities, developing overseas markets, managing customer relationships, and promoting industrial pump and system solutions globally.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, technical understanding of pumps, systems, and mechanical equipment, and the ability to coordinate with international customers independently.
Key Responsibilities:
International Sales & Business Development
- Handle international sales inquiries for Pump & System Division products.
- Develop new overseas customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners.
Technical & Commercial Activities
- Understand customer technical requirements and suggest suitable pump and system solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with customers for quotation approvals and order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical clarifications and order execution.
Customer Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with international customers through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Market & Sales Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports, inquiry status reports, and business updates.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and international business meetings whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to handle international customers independently.
- Basic understanding of export sales and international business communication.
- Knowledge of techno-commercial discussions and quotation preparation.
- Good coordination and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Passport must be available.
- Candidate should be comfortable with international travel.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice period preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate from Pump Industry / Engineering Equipment / Capital Equipment background preferred.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
