Role Description
Industry: Steel & Industrial Exports
Location: Remote (Full-Time)
We are building an international industrial sourcing and export business focused on steel tubes, steel products, and industrial procurement for overseas markets.
We are looking for aggressive and self-driven commission-based sales agents who can help generate international business opportunities and overseas buyers.
Compensation:
• ₹40,000 payout on every confirmed Purchase Order (PO)
• No salary structure
• High earning potential based on performance
• Long-term opportunity with growth alongside the company
Role Responsibilities:
• Generate international buyer leads
• Connect with distributors, importers, and industrial buyers
• Conduct LinkedIn/email outreach
• Coordinate buyer requirements with management
• Follow up with prospects and help close orders
Requirements:
• Proven track record for pipeline building and international networks.
• Minimum experience required is 7 years
• Strong English communication
• Confidence in international B2B conversations
• Self-disciplined and target-driven
• Experience in exports/B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Must be serious about full-time remote work
