JOB PROPOSALInternational Sales & Business Development ExecutiveCompany: SKY VOLT
About the RoleSKY VOLT is expanding its presence in the global solar and infrastructure market. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive our international sales, agent network development, and export business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and onboard international sales agents & distributors
- Build SKY VOLT’s global brand presence across digital platforms
- Conduct market research for export products and services
- Identify and connect with global buyers and EPC partners
- Participate in international trade fairs & exhibitions
- Prepare and present international sales proposals
- Convert leads into profitable business deals
Performance Targets1. Lead Generation- 100+ international contacts per month
- 20+ qualified leads per month
2. Agent Development- 5–10 active international agents within 6 months
3. Sales & Business Growth- Generate strong monthly sales pipeline
- Close minimum 2 international deals per quarter
4. Market Presence- Active engagement on platforms like:
- LinkedIn
- Alibaba
- Participation in international exhibitions & trade fairs
Compensation & Incentive StructureFixed Salary₹5,00,000
Performance Incentives🔹 Sales Incentive- Minimum expected performance: Profit = 3× monthly salary
- Incentive: 10% profit sharing above target achievement
🔹 Deal Closure Bonus- Additional incentive per successful international deal
🔹 Agent Development Bonus- Incentive per onboarded active foreign sales agent
- Additional bonus if agent generates business
🔹 Trade Fair Incentive- Incentives based on leads converted from exhibitions
Growth Opportunities- Promotion to International Sales Manager

Candidate Profile- Experience in international sales / export / B2B marketing
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of solar industry / EPC / industrial products (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
