Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Associate located in Noida. The responsibilities include responding to inquiries from international students, providing guidance on courses, admissions, accommodations, and career services. You will also maintain relationships with clients, support partner collaborations, and ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for expanding the company’s global customer base and play a key role in driving growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management and client support experience
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
