Group Details
The Investor Relations team serves as a strategic bridge between Tradeweb and the investment community, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and broader leadership team across product, sales, finance, legal, and technology. The group is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s financial narrative through earnings, investor engagement, and capital markets activities, while also contributing to high-impact initiatives that support Tradeweb’s long-term growth and evolution.
Investor Relations, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Investor Relations team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the firm’s investor communications and reporting processes, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, analytical rigor and high-quality presentation materials.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical proficiency and a proactive mindset toward process improvement, including the use of emerging AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Earnings & Reporting Support Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including drafting updates, compiling financial and operating data, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across disclosures.
- Data Management & Integrity Maintain and update core investor relations datasets, including KPIs, market data, and peer benchmarking metrics. Ensure timely and accurate data entry across internal systems and reporting frameworks.
- Analysis & Insights Perform recurring and ad hoc analysis of financial performance, investor trends, and market positioning. Translate data into actionable insights to support senior management and investor messaging.
- Presentation Development Develop and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations, including earnings decks, investor presentations, and internal briefing materials. Ensure materials are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with firm messaging.
- Process Automation & AI Integration Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation. Leverage AI tools to enhance data processing, reporting efficiency, and content generation while maintaining rigorous quality control.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with onshore Investor Relations, Finance, Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, data accuracy, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial data platforms is a plus
- Experience building macros and using AI coding tools such as Claude to streamline workflows and drive productivity gains
- Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
