About the role
The International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) is seeking a Senior Vice President of Development to build and lead our development team and strategy. IRAP is a dynamic and rapidly growing non-profit organization that uses legal advocacy, litigation, and direct representation to help refugees and displaced persons access their legal rights. The Senior Vice President of Development will shape and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow IRAP's budget, currently at $18 million. This includes identifying and cultivating major individual donors, foundation partners, and corporate supporters. The Senior Vice President of Development will play a key leadership role on IRAP's executive team, reporting directly to the Executive Director and serving as a strategic thought partner. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a high-performing development function within a mission-driven organization dedicated to advancing refugee rights globally.
