Key responsibilities include effectively resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records, improving customer service processes, and contributing to customer relationship initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency in English
- Sharp Analytical Skills and the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address customer concerns
- Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to new technology platforms
- Experience working in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or its equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
