Job Description (JD)
We are looking for experienced professionals in
International Payment Operations (ACH/Wires) to join a high-performance team handling global transaction processes. This role demands strong operational accuracy, financial reconciliation expertise, and the ability to manage high-volume payment workflows within strict timelines.
Location: Mangalore
Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)
Notice Period: Immediate to 35 Days
Experience Compensation
- 2+ Years 5.5 LPA
- 4+ Years 8 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payment operations and back-office processes including Lockbox, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, NSF Returns
- Execute cash application, AR operations, and treasury-related activities
- Perform payment posting, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution (unapplied cash, duplicates, short/overpayments)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in high-volume transaction processing
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Filters) for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution
- Maintain SLA adherence and support continuous process improvements
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of international payment workflows (ACH/Wires)
- Expertise in reconciliation and financial data analysis
- High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team collaboration with independent execution capability
