The Opportunity
We’re looking for an International Patient Case Manager to manage end-to-end patient journeys while coordinating with hospitals and care partners. You’ll be the patient’s trusted guide and a key driver of experience.
What You’ll Do
Patient Management
• Handle complete patient journey (inquiry to post-care)
• Be the single point of contact for international patients
• Assist with treatment understanding, costs & logistics
• Coordinate stay, travel, and on-ground support
• Ensure a smooth, empathetic patient experience
Hospital & Partner Coordination
• Work with hospital international patient teams
• Can work with other Coordinator
• Manage doctor & partner relationships
• Coordinate medical records, appointments & follow-ups
• Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders
Requirements
• 2–5 years in medical tourism / patient coordination
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Patient-first mindset with problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working with global patients
