Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves overseeing business development for international patient care. The International Patient Care - Business Development Manager will identify and establish partnerships, lead international sales initiatives, create business plans, and execute strategies to drive the organization's global outreach. The role also includes fostering relationships with key stakeholders and patients, ensuring a seamless care experience while achieving business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in International Business Development and International Sales
- Strong capabilities in Business Planning and International Business strategies
- Experience with Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in healthcare or eye care services is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
