Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an International Outbound Caller located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective international clients, presenting products or services, gathering relevant information, addressing potential client queries professionally, and maintaining accurate call records. The role also involves building strong client relationships and meeting or exceeding performance targets while ensuring high standards of communication and service.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, professional speaking voice
- Ability to effectively handle both inbound and outbound calls and manage client queries
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain professional client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed set targets
- Prior experience in international calling, BPO, or telemarketing is a plus
- Fluency in English to ensure smooth communication with international clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
