Role Description
We are hiring a Global Record to Report (R2R) Lead with 5+ years of experience in SAP or Oracle for our Bengaluru East office. This is a full-time on-site role. The R2R Lead will perform critical tasks including managing end-to-end financial close processes, preparing financial statements, performing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leveraging ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for reporting and process improvements. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems, particularly for financial reporting and process optimization
- Proficiency in Record to Report (R2R) functions, including financial close processes, reconciliations, and statutory reporting
- Expertise in accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills in finance and reporting processes
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance; additional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
- Experience in an international or multinational organization is preferred but not mandatory
