Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Marketing Specialist located in Ghaziabad. The International Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote SATPALDA’s geospatial and IT services globally. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining international client relationships, supporting international sales initiatives, and analyzing marketing performance to ensure measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Market Development
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for domestic, international markets and emerging markets
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in target geographies
• Collaborate with regional partners and distributors to create localized marketing campaigns
• Support international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand presence
Strategic Marketing Planning
• Create integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness in global markets
• Develop region-specific value propositions for different industry verticals including defence, agriculture, environmental monitoring, urban planning, and disaster management
• Manage marketing budgets and ROI analysis for international campaigns
• Coordinate with product management to align international marketing efforts with product roadmaps
Content and Communications
• Develop technical marketing content including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and webinars tailored to domestic and international audiences
• Manage multilingual content creation and localization efforts
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing for global markets
• Create compelling presentations and sales enablement materials for international business
development
Partnership and Channel Marketing
• Support channel partner marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives
• Develop marketing strategies for system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
• Coordinate joint marketing activities with satellite operators and data providers
• Manage partner portal content and marketing resources
Industry Engagement
• Represent the company at international geospatial conferences, trade shows, and industry forums
• Build relationships with industry analysts, media, and thought leaders in key markets
• Contribute to industry publications and speaking opportunities
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape across global markets
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Geoinformatics or related field
• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated domestic & international market exposure. Previous experience in aerospace, space, defence, or GIS industries preferred.
• Proven experience in technology marketing, preferably in geospatial, satellite, remote sensing, or related industries
• Track record of successful international campaign execution and market development
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and defence markets
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
• Professional certifications in digital marketing or project management
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of geospatial technologies, satellite imagery, and Earth observation applications
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms
• Experience with CRM systems
• Advanced skills in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software's
Core Competencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages preferred
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse international teams
• Project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

Travel Requirements
• International travel required for trade shows, partner meetings, and market development activities
