Role Description

The International Marketing Coordinator is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves managing day-to-day commercial operations, including coordinating with customers worldwide and internal teams. Key responsibilities include handling client communications and ensuring timely delivery. The individual will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with customers and partners and ensuring smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in the Fashion or Manufacturing or Digital Marketing industry is a plus.
• Commercial Operations: Experience in Customer Service, order processing, and internal coordination.
• Communication and Collaboration: Skills in client communications, maintaining professional relationships, and teamwork.
• Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to organize operations, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Proficiency in standard business tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of Sustainability: Knowledge of sustainable practices and eco-friendly operations is preferred.
