Opportunity Overview
We are looking for International Market Partners based outside India who are interested in representing Paramphera Studio in their region.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals with experience in fashion wholesale, apparel sourcing, boutique retail, or B2B fashion sales, particularly those who already have connections with boutique owners, fashion retailers, or apparel importers.
Partners will introduce our collections to buyers, build long-term relationships within their market, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
This is a commission-based opportunity and does not include a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with boutique owners, fashion retailers, and apparel importers
- Present Paramphera Studio’s lookbook and wholesale collections
- Develop long-term relationships with buyers in the market
- Generate new business opportunities and convert them into confirmed orders
- Coordinate buyer requirements with the Paramphera Studio production team
- Expand the brand’s presence within the assigned territory
Lead Generation Expectation
This role requires a self-driven professional capable of developing buyers independently.
Paramphera Studio will provide:
- Product lookbooks and collection details
- Manufacturing and customization support
- Production and order fulfillment
The partner will focus on building buyer relationships and generating sales opportunities within their market.
Compensation Structure
This opportunity operates on a commission-based compensation model and does not include a fixed salary.
Partners earn:
- 15% commission on first confirmed orders
- 10% commission on repeat orders
Commission is paid after buyer payment confirmation.
Production & Order Details
Sampling timeline: 7–15 days
Production timeline: 20–30 days
Flexible production quantities:
- Boutiques: starting from 25 pieces per style
- Importers / distributors: 150+ pieces
Ideal Partner Profile
- Based outside India (preferably within target markets)
- Experience in fashion retail, wholesale, or apparel sourcing
- Existing connections with boutiques, retailers, or fashion buyers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently identify buyers and develop business opportunities
