Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Housing Advisor located in Noida, India. The role involves guiding international students in selecting and securing safe and verified accommodation near top universities. Key responsibilities include providing personalized housing consultations, maintaining communication with students and property partners, ensuring smooth booking and check-in processes, and addressing housing-related concerns. The role also entails maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of global student housing options and contributing to Admistay’s commitment to delivering exceptional, student-focused services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist and connect with international students
- Experience in Social Work or Social Services, particularly in assisting diverse communities
- Competence in Child Welfare and Case Management, ensuring student safety and well-being
- Proficiency in problem resolution and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional environment
- Previous experience in student housing or international education services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Social Sciences, Hospitality, or a related field
