Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for an International Holiday Package Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include creating tailor-made holiday packages, analyzing customer preferences, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales to meet business goals. The specialist will also collaborate with team members to ensure seamless trip planning and manage financial aspects like budget estimations and payment processing.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and provide top-notch support
- Proven Sales expertise with a focus on international holiday packages
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess trends, customer preferences, and package profitability
- Basic knowledge of Finance, including budget allocation and payment processes
- Proficiency in using travel management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
- Familiarity with global destinations and travel requirements is desirable
