Digital and Knowledge Management Coordinator

The IFRC Secretariat is seeking a Digital and Knowledge Management Coordinator to strengthen digital systems, data management, and knowledge sharing across the IFRC network. Working within the IFRC's Coordination and Partnerships Division, the Digital and Knowledge Management Coordinator will play a critical role in promoting and guiding the organization's digital transformation, leading efforts to digitize, harmonize and streamline data management and knowledge sharing across the IFRC and its membership. Key responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of digital strategies and solutions to improve data management, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the IFRC network • Coordinate and support the digitalization of knowledge and data management systems and processes • Provide technical support and capacity building on digital tools and solutions to IFRC and National Society staff • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing and learning across the IFRC network
