JOB DESCRIPTION
International Enterprise Specialist
Location - Panchkula
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
● Identify Enterprise Customers: Target and recognize enterprise-level clients with
specific international logistics requirements.
● Lead Conversion: Transform qualified leads into active customers (First Time Buyers)
across small, medium, and large business accounts
● Market Strategy: Evaluate competitor presence in the market and build strategies to
improve DTDC’s market share
● Pitch & Articulation: Clearly articulate how international product suites can meet
complex client requirements through professional presentations
2. Account Management & Portfolio Growth
● Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding and nurturing of new clients to set them up
for long-term success
● Retention & Penetration: Focus on developing and penetrating existing accounts to
ensure growth and reduce attrition/competitor inroads
● Revenue Metrics: Drive revenue targets and monitor account performance utilization
for key metrics, working toward proactive resolution of issues
● Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire account lifecycle through personal sales
visits and face-to-face interactions
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
● Strategic Rapport: Build rapport with key decision-makers across legal, finance, and
procurement teams
● Internal Advocacy: Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by providing feedback to
Product, Operations, and Sales teams regarding specific customer needs
● Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work with internal departments to coordinate and
resolve customer queries or technical issues efficiently
4. Performance Reporting
● Sales Tracking: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports detailing sales
achievements and projections against set targets
● Business Reviews: Plan and lead business reviews with key account stakeholders to
maintain high engagement and drive higher Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
Qualifications & Skills Required● Experience: 4–8 years of experience in international business with a reputable courier
company. Prior experience in the B2B logistics industry is essential
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
interact at all levels of an organization
● Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast business
requirements and manage P&L expectations
● Soft Skills: * Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work under pressure and
tight timelines
○ Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
○ Exceptional time management and organizational skills
● Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and account
tracking
