Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an International Educational Consultant located in Bengaluru North. The International Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding educational opportunities abroad, addressing client inquiries, and delivering exceptional support throughout the consultation process. The role involves conducting needs analysis, managing client relationships, and offering effective solutions to meet specific educational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Educational Consulting and Consulting in international education domains
- Strong background in Education and familiarity with educational systems and processes
- Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal and verbal proficiency
- Customer Service focus with the ability to handle client inquiries and provide effective assistance
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse client needs
- Experience in international education is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Studies, or a related field preferred
