About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries from international clients via email, chat, and calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, payments, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update customer data in the system.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with company policies.
Required Skills- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility- Any Graduate (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- 0–1 year of experience in customer support, BPO, or international process preferred.
