International Customer Support Associate – US Process
Location - Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Inbound, US Process) for a global digital product environment. If you have strong communication skills and experience in international customer support, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Role Overview
Interact with international customers and deliver a seamless support experience through calls and chat.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle global customers via chat and calls
• Support billing, subscriptions, and account queries
• Guide users on product usage and admin tools
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
• Ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements
• 1–6 years experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support
• Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
• Strong communication skills (Global English – C1 level)
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
