Hiring: International Travel Support Executive
Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹3.96 – ₹4.20 LPA
Working Days: 5.5 Days | Rotational Shifts | Weekly Offs
About The Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our
Travel Health Operations team in Jaipur.
As an
International Travel Support Executive, you will provide end-to-end support to international travelers for their bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel-related healthcare needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving customer problems and wants to build a career in the global travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails for travel support
- Process international travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and service requests
- Work on leading GDS platforms – Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and quick resolution
- Ensure high accuracy in data entry and full compliance with processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners for smooth execution
What We’re Looking For
✔
6 months to 1 year of experience in
International Voice Process or
Travel Process
✔
Mandatory hands-on knowledge of
GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
✔ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
✔ Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills
✔ Comfortable working in
rotational shifts
✔ Valid Experience Documents & Proofs Required
