Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle global customers via chat and calls
- Support billing, subscriptions and account-related queries
- Guide users on product features and admin tools
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer experience
Who Can Apply?
- 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support
- Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
