International Customer Support Associate (US Process)
We are hiring International Customer Support Associates for a global digital product environment.
Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Rotational Shifts (5 days working, 2 days off)
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus
Role Overview
As an International Customer Support Associate, you will interact with global customers through calls and chats while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via calls and chat
- Resolve billing, subscription, and account-related issues
- Assist customers with product usage and admin tools
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and support
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Sales
- Experience in SaaS, Digital, or Tech environments is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Global English – C1 level preferred)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
