Now Hiring | International Customer Support Associate – US Process

Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus

Role Overview

We are hiring International Customer Support Associates (Inbound – US Process) for a global digital product environment. In this role, you will interact with international customers and deliver a seamless and high-quality support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle global customer interactions via chat and calls
Support billing, subscription, and account-related queries
Guide users on product usage and admin tools
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support
Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
Strong English communication skills (Global English – C1 level preferred)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
