Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Inbound – US Process) for a global digital product environment. You’ll interact with international customers and deliver a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle global customers via chat & calls
Resolve billing, subscription & account queries
Guide users on product usage & admin tools
Identify upsell & renewal opportunities
Deliver excellent customer experience

Eligibility Criteria
1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Sales
Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environment (preferred)
Strong communication skills (Global English – C1 level)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
