International Customer Support Associate
Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Work Mode: On-site
Interview Mode: Virtual (Webex)
Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + ₹1L Retention Bonus
Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an inbound international (US) process within a global digital product environment. The role involves interacting with international customers and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle global customers via chat and calls
- Support billing, subscriptions, and account-related queries
- Guide users on product usage and admin tools
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer experience
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support
- Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
- Strong communication skills (Global English – C1 level preferred)
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
