🚀 Hiring – Customer Service Executive (Airline Services) | Malad ( Aspee)
📌 Job Role: Voice Process – Handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
✅ Eligibility: Graduate (Fresher) OR Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience | Excellent English communication skills
🕒 Shift & Work: UK Shift (9 hrs – rotational) | 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs
💼 Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls | Resolve customer queries (airline services) | Maintain service quality & CSAT | Follow process guidelines
💰 Compensation (CTC): Fresher – ₹3,64,200 (₹25K in-hand/month)
