Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative located in Thane. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include answering customer queries via phone or other communication channels, adhering to professional phone etiquette, and maintaining high customer service standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, ensuring prompt and effective handling of customer inquiries and concerns
- Focus on delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and an understanding of Customer Experience best practices
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
- Practical experience in Customer Service activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and shifts, if needed
- Prior experience in international customer service roles or BPO industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service are advantageous
