International Customer Support Associate
Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + ₹1L Retention Bonus
Role Overview
We are hiring International Customer Support Associates (Inbound – US Process) for a global digital product environment. In this role, you will interact with international customers and ensure a seamless and high-quality support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle global customers via chat and calls
- Assist with billing, subscriptions, and account-related queries
- Guide users on product features and admin tools
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at all touchpoints
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support
- Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills (Global English – C1 level)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
