About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and professional Customer Experience Advisor to join our APAC
team in India. You will be the first point of contact for professionals and customers across the UK,
US, Australia, and New Zealand, managing both inbound and outbound interactions.
You will act as the voice and face of the company, guiding customers through the platform, helping
them maximize their profiles, and supporting professionals in growing their businesses.
This role also offers an opportunity to earn commissions through upselling and converting warm
leads, while contributing valuable customer insights internally.
Key Responsibilities
1) Act as the first point of contact for UK & US customers
2) Handle inbound and outbound queries via phone, email, and chat
3) Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented customer support
4) Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
5) Assist professionals with platform usage and benefits
6) Resolve technical issues and provide product feedback
7) Meet KPIs such as CSAT, productivity, and quality metrics
Skills & Experience
1) Minimum 1 year experience in international customer support
2) Strong written and verbal English communication skills
3) Experience with tools like Zendesk (preferred)
4) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
5) Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
6) High attention to detail and ownership mindset
