Inicio Foundation is looking for an experienced Cruise Liner Placement Consultant to strengthen our international cruise placement network and create direct employment opportunities for trained hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with international cruise lines, ship-management companies, concessionaires and authorized recruitment partners
- Source genuine vacancies across departments such as F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Galley, Bar and Guest Services
- Coordinate candidate shortlisting, interviews, selection and deployment
- Liaise directly with cruise HR/recruitment teams regarding manpower requirements
- Assist with placement procedures and cruise-industry documentation
- Develop placement opportunities with small and mid-size cruise operators
- Maintain long-term relationships with international hiring partners
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates should have previous experience in cruise recruitment, cruise-line HR, manning, crewing, maritime recruitment or international hospitality placement.
Freshers are not preferred. Existing connections with cruise lines, ship managers, crewing agencies or cruise recruitment departments will be a major advantage.
