Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an International Corporate Language Training Consultant. The Training Consultant will be responsible for offering consultation on language learning strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Tasks include prospecting new clients and maintaining excellent communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer support services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training, Training & Development, and program design
- Experience in Consulting and communication with a diverse client base
- Customer Service expertise to maintain client satisfaction and manage inquiries effectively
- Ability to tailor training approaches to meet specific corporate and cultural needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
