Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong sales background and payment collection experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely fee collection, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the student lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end client relationship management for enrolled students
- Ensure timely collection of pending payments / fees from clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment status in CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth client handling
- Resolve client queries and provide proper guidance related to courses/services
- Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to revenue goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales / CRM / Collections / Customer Handling
- Experienced in Upselling and Cross Selling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working on CRM tools (Lead management / payment tracking systems)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Basic understanding of the education / EdTech industry is preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
