📢 We Are Hiring – International Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for dynamic and confident professionals with excellent communication skills to join our team as Client Relationship Executive and International Client Relationship Executive in our academic publishing company.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with authors, researchers, and scholars regarding research paper publication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Guide clients through the research paper submission and publication process.
- Handle client queries through email, calls, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with the editorial and publication team to ensure smooth processing of manuscripts.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
🔹 Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good knowledge of email communication and MS Word formatting.
- Basic understanding of research papers, journals, and academic publications (preferred).
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced publishing environment.
- Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
🔹 Qualification
- Undergraduate (UG)- B.sc, Pharmacy / Postgraduate (PG)- M.sc, MBA, M.pharma in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with research publication processes is a plus ,though not required..
