Job Overview:
We are hiring International Chat Support Executives for a leading customer support process. The role involves handling customer queries through chat support, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and identifying upselling opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat support in a professional manner
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer concerns and technical issues
- Deliver high-quality customer service with strong communication skills
- Identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Meet productivity and quality standards set by the organization
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, chat support, technical support, or troubleshooting is mandatory
- Strong written English communication skills required
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
- Candidates should be within 20 KM hiring radius from the office location
