Conduct merchant due diligence, background checks, and risk assessments.
Review credit reports, financial statements, and transaction histories.
Monitor merchant transactions for fraud, chargebacks, and unusual activity.
Recommend merchant approvals, limits, reserves, or risk mitigation measures.
Investigate fraud cases, policy breaches, and risk-related incidents.
Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Banking Partners, and Merchants.
