Talent Caravan is hiring for a fast-growing global e-commerce and brand scaling organization that helps businesses expand across international marketplaces using AI, data, and omni-channel strategies.
We are looking for hunters, closers, and revenue drivers โ not just people who โdo sales.โ
๐ผ What Youโll Own:
Own the complete sales cycle from cold outreach to closing global vendors, engage directly with US sellers and decision-makers, pitch a global e-commerce marketplace (Amazon-like model), drive vendor onboarding, deal negotiation and revenue generation, build a strong sales pipeline, and consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

2โ6 years of hardcore sales or closing experience, preferably from B2B, SaaS, e-commerce or high-ticket sales backgrounds, strong communication, confidence and persuasion skills, comfortable working in the US shift, and a true hunter mindset โ someone who pushes, follows up, and closes.
โก Strong Advantage If You Have:
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace onboarding, exposure to Amazon/Walmart ecosystems, and strong negotiation and pricing skills.

Ability to confidently sell to international clients, ownership of targets, and a strong performance-driven mindset.
