About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to handle international business development, regulatory affairs, and export operations. The role requires a combination of regulatory knowledge, commercial understanding, and strong coordination skills to support global market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product registration lifecycle including submissions, renewals, and variations for international markets (ASEAN, LATAM, etc.)
- Coordinate and review with team for ACTD/CTD dossiers in compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements
- Ensure artwork and labeling compliance as per regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, agents, and partners for timely approvals and submissions
- Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and databases for audit readiness
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities, markets, and distributors
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Manage the complete export order lifecycle from order finalization to dispatch
- Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and logistics teams to ensure timely production and shipment
- Review and negotiate cost sheets, pricing, and margins with manufacturers and clients
- Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with pharmaceutical manufacturing companies (third-party/contract manufacturers) based on product and market requirements
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions, onboarding, and business meetings
- Actively participate in national and international pharmaceutical exhibitions, trade fairs, and expos
- Travel (domestic/international) for client meetings, market development, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong global business relationships and brand presence
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm + MBA (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs / International Business Development / Export
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Exposure to pharmaceutical export markets and regulatory processes
- Experience in third-party manufacturing coordination
- Willingness to travel for business and expos
- Self-driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented
