Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development Manager – Healthcare Partnerships, located in Noida. The role involves identifying and fostering strategic partnerships with healthcare providers internationally, creating and executing business development plans, managing global client accounts, and exploring opportunities for international sales growth. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting market research, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard hospitals, clinics, recovery homes, and healthcare providers
• Build and manage channel partner networks
• Develop relationships with hospital decision-makers (admins, doctors, management)
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements
• Drive end-to-end business development
Candidate Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in Healthcare Business Development / Hospital Partnerships / Medical Tourism
• Strong network within hospital ecosystems and Medical Facilitators
• Proven experience in closing partnerships.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of medical tourism facilitators
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a startup environment
