You are a great fit, if
· You have 3 years+ of experience in Real Estate Sales, BFSI, Wealth Management and or Direct Sales across Delhi / NCR region.
· An outgoing personality with good communication skills.
· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
· Working knowledge of MS Office, any CRM tool, and social media apps like Instagram, FB & LinkedIn.
What you’ll do
· Crushing numbers – Real Estate Sales for both Residential & Commercial assets in the region (NCR)
· Create New Clients while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. Basically, a business Hunting & Farming role.
· Mining client database and making daily connections with pipeline & new leads.
· Conducting online presentations for prospective clients
· Planning and organizing client site visits for the shortlisted real estate projects.
· Help the client in finalizing an investment opportunity and help them with the final negotiations, application & asset booking process.
· Ensure, all paperwork is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
· Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communication throughout the customer lifecycle (CLC)
Qualifications
· A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
